The School Needs Data System (SNDS) is the official web-based partnership engagement system of the Schools Division Office of General Santos City’s Social Mobilization and Networking Unit. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all stakeholders in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
This Privacy Policy explains how SNDS collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information of schools, stakeholders, and partners.
Scope and Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals and organizations who access or use the School Needs Data System (SNDS). Specifically, our users include:
Stakeholders
External partners such as private sector entities, civil society organizations, local government units (LGUs), barangay officials (BLGUs), international organizations, and other groups engaged in supporting schools and learners. Stakeholders use SNDS to access information, provide resources, monitor partnership activities, and give feedback on educational initiatives.
School Representatives
Authorized personnel from public schools and learning centers, including principals, teachers, program holders, and administrative staff. School representatives use SNDS to manage Annual Implementation Plans (AIP), track resource utilization, monitor partnership agreements, and generate reports for accountability and transparency.
By defining these user groups, SNDS ensures that all data processing activities are transparent, legitimate, and proportionate to the needs of the education sector.
Consent
By accessing and using SNDS, all stakeholders and school representatives voluntarily consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of their personal and organizational data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Users acknowledge that their information will be processed solely for legitimate educational and partnership purposes.
Users may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO). Withdrawal of consent may affect the ability to fully access or use certain features of SNDS.
Continued use of SNDS after updates to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

- Stakeholder Feedback: Comments, suggestions, and evaluations submitted through the platform.
Purpose of Data Processing
We process personal and organizational data for the following legitimate purposes:
- Facilitate collaboration between schools and internal and external partners.
- Manage partnership agreements, performance metrics, and financial reporting.
- Provide transparency and accountability in resource utilization.
- Generate reports for monitoring and evaluation of educational programs.
